Maintenance of Configuration Items
User support 
Custom report and portlet creation against business demands
Coordinate and Implement configuration requests from Project Team and provide troubleshooting support 
Publication of monthly reports to report portal
Implement recommended improvements from User Group Steering Committee
Ensure application availability and up time: db connectivity, server status, general checks on server
Clarity/Workbench and MSP user License maintenance
Point of Contact for PC installation issues for Workbench and MSP 
System documentation creation and maintenance
Run XOG jobs and troubleshoot failures 
Provide administrative Clarity application duties: Add lookup values, attribute values, permissions, time periods, job validation, troubleshooting if jobs don’t run, checking and troubleshooting any invalid transactions and error messages
Performance Monitoring and troubleshooting of system response time, participate in data tuning sessions
Interact with CA support to resolve end user issues: log cases, monitor cases, report resolution back to Infra helpdesk ticket.

 

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent

 

At least one year of Clarity technical experience
At least one year of Clarity functional experience
Experience in Oracle, SQL, VB, Perl, UNIX, XML
Knowledge in Windows Server Administration
Ability to communicate with 3rd level support and SEMC business users in various countries
Experience in providing support for 3rd party applications
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in writing Functional and Technical documents
Experience as a Technical Writer preferred
