| Key Responsibilities： |
| 1. Drive product quality, user experience and satisfaction to the highest level. |
| 2. Communicate effectively with both development team and PM. |
| 3. Own test specifications, procedures and cases, play the customer role, |
| 4. Work on core networking testing areas, identify product defects, find bugs, resolve issues and ensure the product quality. |
| 5. Work proactively with PM and dev to ensure the quality of feature. |
| Qualifications： |
| 6. Bachelor degree or above，Science or Engineering major preferred. |
| 7. 3 plus years work related experience required. |
| 8. Experience with shipping product and familiarity with the product cycle. |
| 9. Knowledge of software testing standards, methods and conventions, and the product development cycle required. |
| 10. Proficient in coding and debugging using C/C++/Win32 and be able to operate independently and effectively required. |
| 11. Must have demonstrated success in coordinating the test effort for one or more software projects, as well as testing |
| software products and contributing to their quality standards. |
| 12. Bachelor's degree in computer related field required. |
| 13. Strong communication and problem solving skill. |
| 14. Experience with SQL, ASP, IIS, and HTML preferred. |
| 15. Cellular knowledge, experience of smart device programming preferred. |
