职位描述/要求：
Job description:
·
Understand design changes and provide build support at factory
·
Track production problems and FA on the failures
·
Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate dev groups
·
Communicate to manufacturing team on process related failures
·
Identify test deficiencies and work with corresponding group to improve test coverage or screening.
·
Provide feedback to factory on failure diagnostic
·
Deploy and evaluate new tests and debug tool at the factory
·
Conduct targeted experiments at factory for FA and quality improvement
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
· 5+ years in industry
· Experience in system FA and mass production ramp
· Knowledge in computer architecture, system design and manufacturing environment
· Ability to understand scripts and software programs
· Familiar with data analysis tool and database (e.g. SQL, JMP)
· Excellent communication skill and ability to do cross-group negotiation.
