职位描述/要求：

Job description:
• Responsible for all firmware design, implementation and performance for processor-based designs,
including functional and EMC compatibility;
• Develop firmware specifications, firmware schedule;
Specify & acquire firmware dev tools needed and contract for any prototype development
platforms needed;
• Participate with EE in processor selection, and develop processor component specification;
• Release firmware for delivery to processor mfr and assist in FW section of product specification;
• Drive firmware review processes, and coordinate compatibility with SW team and OS groups as
necessary. Deliverables: Firmware Specification, Firmware Schedule, Firmware Files, Component
Specification, Firmware Review Docs.
Requirements:
• Master degree with majored in electronic engineering with three years experience.
• Strong vendor management capabilities.
• Experience with 8-bit microcontroller firmware development.
• Able to use emulators; logic analyzers; oscilloscopes and other standard lab equipment.
• Able to perform firmware code reviews and maintain firmware specs.
• Able to develop test plans for firmware.
• Experience with bug database and source control applications..
