Manufacturing Test Equipment - Program Manager (shenzhen)

Job description:
• Main responsibilities are managing the design, development and deployment of test tools and
automated manufacturing test equipment for design verification and production testing
• Duties include product roadmap review, schedule and budget development, equipment capacity
calculations, managing and developing vendors, design brainstorming and reviews, risk
assessments and mitigation planning, coordinating swith factory resources, managing equipment
imports and transfers and program status reports and presentations.
Requirements:
• EE or ME degree
• 5+ years design of complex electro-mechanical components and/or systems
• 5+ years program management experience leading high performing team of engineers
• Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics
• Experience with the high volume production factory environment
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) allowing face to face and phone
collaboration with American counterparts
• Can work independently and in a self directed manner
• Can work effectively with other disciplines
• Able to travel to USA to attend trainings, design reviews and meeting
