职位描述/要求：
Job description:
·
Continuously observe any products yield and quality issues at contract manufacturing.
·
Work with contract mfg/MACH team to perform fault isolation / experiments to understand driving
factor in test yield fallout.
·
Analyze results of experiments and prescribe corrective actions.
·
Verify corrective actions repair effectiveness
·
Point of contact for PE group to contract manufacturing
·
Ensure contract manufacturing are using correct debug and repair processes
·
Identify issues with repair instructions
·
Work with Repair instructions / Auto repair manual (ARM) team to develop better instructions
Requirements:
·
Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics.
·
5-8 years of PCBA debug knowledge, with knowledge on SMT and test equipment.
·
Solid understanding in computer architecture and system design.
·
Familiar with manufacturing environment with experience in mass production, yield improvement
·
and test equipments.
·
Domestic and international travel may be required.
·
Strong lab debug skills.
·
Use of oscilloscopes, multi-meters, TDR, curve tracer.
·
Good communication skills.
·
Verbal Chinese and English.
·
Some written (Chinese), good English.
·
Trouble-shooting.
·
Ability to develop / implement debug process to isolate faults.
·
Use debug tools such as kernel debugger, voltage / freq / temperature biases.
