| • Responsible for the creation, implementation and debugging of board level tests for Xbox accessories |
| and Xbox consoles. |
|
| • The test engineer must also be able to create detailed test procedures, schedule external test |
| resources, track deliverables, communicate test progress and issues to the product team, problem |
| solves technical test issues as needed. |
|
| • This Test Engineering position requires the understanding of computer hardware design |
|
| specifications, test development for board level electrical systems, performance of functional tests, |
| documentation and analysis of test results. Ability to bring-up and debug test equipment, |
|
| diagnostics and software required. |
|
| • Coordination with external test resources, tracking of test units and communication with component |
| suppliers are also key responsibilities. |
|
| Requirements: |
|
| • Good written and verbal communication skills, understand statistics |
|
| • Self motivated, but also able to responsive in a fast paced team environment. |
|
| • Understanding of computer hardware design specifications, test development for board level |
|
| electrical systems, performance of functional tests, documentation and analysis of test results |
|
| • Responsible for the creation, implementation and debugging of tests for PC hardware, Xbox |
|
| accessories and Xbox consoles |
|
| • Ability to bring-up and debug test equipment, diagnostics and software required. |
|
| • Coordination with external test resources, tracking of test units and communication with component |
| suppliers are also key responsibilities. |
|
| • BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent is required |
|
| • Willing/able to travel to USA. |
|
| • Knowledge of computer system digital circuits, audio/visual circuitry, power distribution, |
|
| hard drive and DVD drives is preferred as well. |
