| · Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility; |
| · Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms. |
| · Deliverables: Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries |
| Requirement: |
| · Is self managed, action oriented, and results oriented; |
| · Able to make detailed planning and organizing; |
| · Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment; |
| · A passion for technology passion and committed to delivering world class products. |
| · At least 3 years experience in the project manager focusing on product development; |
| · Excellent in written and spoken English. |
| · Good communication skill and like communication (we need a lot of communication) |
| · Good interpersonal skills, conformably deal with conflict and easily diffuse tensions in the team |
| · Work hard; action and result oriented. |
