职位描述/要求：
Job description:
· The Manufacturing Test Equipment Software Engineer will be responsible for working on the code base for Manufacturing Test Equipment (MTE) and Development Test Tools to support the Microsoft product roadmap.
· This person will be one member of a team dedicated to the development of Manufacturing Test Equipment and Test Tools at Microsoft Asia Center for Hardware and together with the product team members be responsible for integrating, installing and maintaining MTE at Microsoft partner factories thru ought China.
Requirements:
· 4+ years Win32 programming experience using C++
· 1+ years C#
· In depth knowledge USB and RF protocols
· Experienced and comfortable working with hardware at the register level
· EE background or experience
· Understanding of basic analog and digital electronics
· Expert debugging and problem solving skills
· Expert at perform maintenance on existing code base written in Win32 C++ and C#
· Familiar with the factory environment
· Can work independently and in a self directed manner
· Can work effectively with other disciplines
· Effectively collaborate with Product Teams, Design Verification Engineers and other MTE team members to deliver development and manufacturing test tools for next generation input device products
· Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) allowing face to face and phone collaboration with American counterparts
· Able to travel to USA to attend trainings, design reviews and meetings
