| Specifies, designs, develops, documents and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Defines test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes test procedures for new products. Trains Operators and Technicians. This position will be responsible for ensuring that test solutions continue to grow to meet the needs of the product. The manufacturing test engineer will be responsible for following areas: |

| · Responsible for Manufacturing Test Engineering leadership in support and sustaining of production test systems and test processes in a very high volume contract manufacturing environment, develop and maintain software tools and diagnostics utilities for manufacturing |
| · Provide system test support and automation for NPI and production projects, develop test processes and instructions for production |
| · Continual review of test data and field failure analysis for test process and quality improvement. Daily monitoring of test data trends, test yields and yield improvement and applying SPC to improve overall manufacturing and product quality and processes. |
| · Train technicians on testing hardware and/or software, as well as proper problem solving techniques. |
| · Manage all Tier 1 test systems maintenance, including spare parts procurement, GR&R and test systems and tool qualification procedures. |
| · Assist in resolving test quality and systems related issues to avoid production downtimes and impact to product quality, may provide guidance to Tier 1 Test Engineering personnel. · |
| · Create/verify/audit test systems bill of materials, manufacturing test procedures and standard of operations manual for overall manufacturing test eco system |

| Requirements: |
| |
| · Experience in testing electronic equipment will be desired, and experience with making electronic and acoustic testing on loudspeakers will be considered |
| · Knowledge of frequency response measurements in the audio domain is required, |
| · Experience with audio/ acoustics measuring equipment/software such as MLSSA, Sound Check, LMS, etc. is a plus |
| · Understanding of acoustics and acoustic measurement equipment (microphones, analyzers, amplifiers, etc.) a plus. |
| · Experience with other testing required for audio/acoustics-power testing, environmental testing, etc. is a plus. |
| · Minimum 4 years experience in a manufacturing setting with end of line test systems. |
| · Must speak and write fluent English |
