| · Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility; |
| · Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms. |
| · Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries |

| Requirements: |

| · 5-year hardware program management experience with demonstrated team leadership success; |
| · Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change, |
| · Is self managed, action oriented, and results oriented; |
| · Able to make detailed planning and organizing; |
| · Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment; |
| · A passion for technology passion and committed to delivering world class products. |
