| As a member of MobSIO your responsibilities will be varied: you will be tasked with not only supporting our Shenzhen test lab and complex infrastructure but acting as the technical resource for Dev and Test teams on hardware and standards. This job is not limited to support, however - as an SE on MobSIO you will be interacting with each of the Business Unit teams as new features are designed to ensure solid operational procedures surrounding maintenance, monitoring and adherence to Windows Live standards (IPAK, network layouts, security, etc.) are met. |

| Qualifications Include: |
| 2-4 years IT experience in a service provider role. |
| A strong knowledge in Windows 2003, IIS, SQL, and Virtual Server. |
| Knowledge of load balancers preferred. |
| Good Communication |
| Solid understanding of server hardware maintenance and repair. |
| An intermediate knowledge of network design and configuration including switching, routing, VLANs, and SNMP. |
| Strong knowledge and debugging skills of TCP/IP and IP subnets. |
| Excellent written and oral communication skills required. |
| Excellent problem solving, judgment, and decision making skills. |
| Excellent time management and self direction skills required. |
| Ability to remain agile and manage change. |
| Customer service skills with strong interpersonal communication skills. |
| BA/BS in a technical discipline. |
| Preference for candidates with MCSE, CCNA, and other vendor Certifications. |
