KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant will be responsible to:

• Perform daily processing on RMB local clearing, CNAPS payment , BEPS payment
  and other RMB products.
• Perform daily reconciliation with internal accounts and prepare the monthly account proof report.
• Perform daily transaction input and/or control in AML system.
• Perform ‘Department Control Function Checklist’ log to ensure the completeness and correctness of daily work.
• Perform other regulatory reports

• Use of internal IT systems (SSR, IDMS, ATM, COOL, Putty, db-FastCollect etc).
• Liaise with Customer service, CMC (Cash Management Corporates), IT Application support
• Perform/Support system User Acceptance Testing
• Close co-operation and communication with other team members
• Other task within the RMB processing team
  
  

SELECTION CRITERIA

• University Degree.
  
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in Local Currency Cash Operations.
  
• Be familiar with PBOC regulations for RMB products and business procedure.
  
• Good general PC skills with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment.
  
• Attention to details is essential.
  
• Confident and a team player.
