职位描述/要求：

JOB SCOPE

To hit sales target.
To maintain the relationship with channels
To outserve customers' need.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To achieve allocated sales target
To plan and conduct sales activities such as prospecting to source for potential customers
To develop sales channels/networks effectively
To prepare and submit application documents, sales reports and other related documents on a timely basis
To attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, sales/marketing events, seminars and other business related functions as and when required
To outserve clients' needs
To manage and conduct sales activities and ensure all are complying with group and local guidelines/regulation

SELECTION CRITERIA

University graduates
1 - 3 years mortgage working experiences or real estate experiences.
Has passion on sales job, can work under high pressures
Good English ability both on written and speaking

工作范围
1. 建立并维护与房地产开发商、房地产中介以及按揭贷款经纪合作关系。
2. 开拓合资格抵押贷款客户。
3. 建立并维护与客户的良好关系。
4. 开拓多种合作渠道并维持良好关系。
5. 为客户提供合适的产品以满足客户的需求。
6. 完成公司所分配的个人业绩目标。

主要职责
- 完成公司所分配的个人业绩目标。
- 建立与房地产开发商、房地产中介以及相关机构的良好关系。
- 组织开展各类销售活动以获得潜在客户资源。
- 有效开拓销售渠道。
- 按照要求对客户资料进行整理、分析并准备报告以供内部审批。
- 按照要求参加公司内部各种会议、培训、市场活动等。
- 向客户推荐德意志银行其他金融服务。
- 为客户提供合适的产品以满足客户的需求。
- 在组织并管理销售活动的过程中，严格遵守集团以及当地的规章制度。

筛选标准
• -大学本科学历
• -2～3年以上房屋按揭贷款或房地产相关经验
• -热爱销售工作并能承受较高工作压力
• -良好的英语读写能力
