JOB SCOPE
-Provide Business Banking (SME) clients with the full range of banking products (cash management, trade finance, credit facilities and innovative investment products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Meet revenue and expense budgets and balanced scorecard KPIs.
-Acquire, retain and grow corporate customers in the assigned region, through effective consultative selling and services that meet customer needs.
-Execute the team business plan and tactics to maximize return and minimize operational cost. 
-Achieve a 80 % customer retention ratio.
-Execute all documentation to meet the bank’s control standards.
-Comply with Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, during account opening and daily monitoring.

 
SELECTION CRITERIA
-University degree(s) in one or more of the following areas: Finance/Accounting/Economics/International Banking and International Trading.
-Above 3 years solid experiences in banking / Financial Institutions / International Trading industry with extensive exposure in corporate customer relationship and sales management.
-Strong capability in financial analysis and / or Global market experiences will be a distinctive advantage.
-Self starter – takes independent initiative & drives for results.
-Excellent analytical, innovation, business relationship and interpersonal skills.
-Good knowledge of PRC banking related laws and regulations.
-Effective and efficient team player.
-Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
