职位描述/要求:
Specific Responsibilities - Assist Branch Manager to develop, formulate and implement Branch strategy in China, take the lead in the quarterly China-wide budgeting process. - Support Branch Manager in present business cases, budgets and strategy to senior management. - Support Branch Management in overall external regulator lobbying planning and follow ups. - Work with Business Managers and country Management in China for all kinds of business/risk management initiatives - Administering day-to-day business management issues and new projects - Prepare the all Branch Committee agenda and minutes - Engage in the branch social activities for banking corporate culture identity.
Requirements - Good understanding and knowledge of banking or financial/controlling practices in China; - Sound 3-5 years’ banking experiences, preferably in banking industry or related financial areas of other industry; - Good communication skills and high standard of English and Chinese both written and spoken; - Strong analytical ability, self initiative and responsibilities.
