职位描述/要求：

Major Responsibility:

• Reconcile other AR and other AP balances
• Assist in monthly account closing, provide relate data Daily accounting book keeping.
• Reconciles &closes the accounts on a monthly basis.
• Monitor invoices issuing, including invoices, debit notes, credit notes
• Completes and reports the local tax situation monthly.
• Produce the statistics statement to the local government.
• Assistant to produce and analyze yearly financial statement and timely accurate financial information.
• Assistant to manage credit lines
• Check AR transaction
• Issue government invoices
• Reconcile AR with the customer
• Evaluate the customers credit limit
• Control AR according to SO procedure
• Analyze AR aging weekly with Sales Manager and Finance Manager
• Declare VAT monthly

Requirements:

1. College degree or above in finance, accounting; economics, or other related major
2. 2 years of accounting experience in foreign company
3. Good PC knowledge of Office, and have ERP system experience
4. Certificate of assistant accountant holder is a plus
4. Good spoken and written English, CET-4 or above
5. Team player, detailed-oriented and good communication skill
