Job Scope:

Responsible for planning, preparation, installation and Business Development of Directional & LWD/MWD equipment, Well Planning, Torque and drag tools, MTBF and KPI tracking. Preparation of technical and sales proposals in English and Chinese. This is a multi-disciplined job function.

Job Responsibility:

1. Assist service engineer(s) with pre-job planning.
2. Participate in pre-job briefing.
3. Report to Management on any problem or malfunction and provide a comprehensive report in Chinese and English.
4. Review job with Operations / Product Line Manager when job is completed.
5. Install or assist in the installation of Weatherford equipment using proven and established working practices within the remit of Quality and Safety Management Systems.
6. Maintain appropriate contact with client customer representative in clients office and ensure that relevant operational personnel are continually updated on current job status.
7. Attend operations meetings to share and update on Weatherford business pertaining to operational activities.
8. Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude and general team spirit with an emphasis on inter-department relations.

1. Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and procedures.
2. Good English and written communications skills.
3. Mechanical / Engineering background.
4. Mathematical aptitude
5. Excellent computer knowledge.
6. Enthusiasm to perform
7. Good knowledge of rig floor operations and associated tool handling procedures
8. Experience in Down-hole tools operations.
