职位描述/要求：
Department Description    - Develop optimized device drivers to support Power Architecture for selected operating systems
  
 
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations    - Perform analysis and tuning of operating system for specific networking applications
- Deterine locations (in operating system and network stacks) to optimize software to improve performance for power architecture.
- Code up optimizations, integrate into product level operating system, test changes, provide recommendations to world wide architecture teams for future improvements to power architecture family to improve Freescale products.
  
 
Specific Knowledge/Skills    - Must have VxWorks, Linux or NetBSD development experience - 3-5 years developing device drivers for embedded real time operating systems, preferably variants of VxWorks or NetBSD.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken english.
- Must have experience in networking software and creating production software.
- Must have experience coding in C, C++, and power architecture assembler.
- Should have experience working with geographically distributed teams and using remote collaboration tools.
- Should have experience working with JTAG debuggers and leveraging on chip capabilities to analyze performance
- Should have experience working on performance critical system production code and following software development methodology.
