Report to: Management Support Department manager.

Position objective:
1.To provide strategic business analysis.
2.To support management decisions in business operation and market development.
Scope of responsibilities:
1.Study, analyze and monitor market dynamics, as well as competitor's move.
2.Provide business and market analysis reports, and recommendations regarding market strategies and solutions.
3.Support management team in other areas, if applicable.
4.Organize and track monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategy planning meetings and ensure the deliverables
5.Coordinate with all departments, and head quarter for daily operation issues.

Qualifications.
1.Bachelor degree with major in business, sales & marketing, MBA preferred,
2.Over 5 years work experience, 2-3 years of related experience.
3.Strong in analysis, problem solving, coordination & communications.
4.Strong business sense, have solid understanding of life insurance industry and business environment.
5.Create, self-motivated and team player.
