职位描述/要求:
工作职责:
1. Pick up Korean IT Helpdesk calls from users
2. Handle mail or e-support cases, relay or call back to users with their problem's solution
3. Enter case log to ticket system with English
4. Know customer's process, dispatch/escalate the unsolved case to right person/team
任职资格:
1. 本科或以上学历;
2. 计算机相关专业;
3. 1年以上工作经验;
