职位描述/要求:

Key responsibilities

· To lead the development of strategy and plan on sales and marketing programs for all ITO business lines in China.

·To direct China sales team as well as cooperate with global sales team to reach company wide sales targets

· To develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and key leaders from national and international clients
· To develop the company in China as the leading ITO services provider, with strong presence to support the profitable growth in sales and market shares of ITO services in China
· To facilitate and lead business meetings within company's key sales personnels to foster collaboration on issues of common interest, and will lead, coach and monitor the sales & marketing activities to achieve the sales and profit objectives of each service line.

 

Working experience:

· More than 10 years industry experience (including ERP/IT implemental, technical and hands-on sales working experience, strongly prefer Oracle implementation sales experience);

· Had years of experience in managerial positions e. g. Chief of division, Director or above;

· Candidate with working experiences in large local IT or ERP implementation companies, and MNCs will have priority in consideration.

 

Skill and Competencies

· Have well and broadly established client relationships and industry channels; have strong proved connections to cover target clients’ middle and senior management team

· Have excellent ability on project planning and execution; understand development trend, business issues and requirements; have acute insight into relevant marketing

· Understand solution value; can have in depth communication with client on solutions application; can translate clients’ business issues into appropriate solutions, or can lead client toward structuring and customizing related solutions according to business needs

· Understand the project implementation process, and cost structure. Can provide cost and expense budget according to client requirements, and manage client expectation and project risk as well

· Excellent leadership and planning ability

· Excellent team-work spirit and communication skills

· Excellent negotiation skill.

· Excellent English command
