Responsibilities:

1.-Visit sites in a regular basis, specially at the closing periods to support the operational people to improve their reporting process;

2.-Prepare and review budget and forecast;

3.-Track the opening and closing sites;

4.-Analyze and review actual data and provide a support to TP&A;

5.-Anticipate and be able to identify problems and report them to the management as soon as detected;

6.-Progress in actual data analysis and action plan checking;

7.-Improve the budget definition process.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in accounting and finance management is preferred;

2. Minimum 4 years experience;

3. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English and Chinese is required for the position;

4. Fluent in operating office software and financial software (SAP is a plus) etc.;

5. Willing to travel within the city;

6. Under work pressure and teamwork spirit.
