职位描述/要求：
Position: Regional Business Development Director, North China
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
Ensures the knowledge, the analysis and the synthesis of his/her market segment and region, including guiding and supervising his/her team to collect information to the segments and the target prospects; identifying target and taking actions accordingly, etc;
The elaboration and implementation of the Development Strategy on his/her market segment and region, including designing the marketing and sales operational plans, ensuring selling process, methods and tools, cooperating with operational departments; etc.
Ensures the development of individuals through his/her own exemplarity and appropriate training programs;
Anticipates the needs in development resources and ensures the organization is in line with the strategy and objectives of the company;
Ensures the flow of information to Offer Marketing and Strategic marketing departments;
Requirements:
With at least 10 years of sales experience and 5 years in managerial level of Business Development experience in the service industry;
Capability to get close and access to regional market;
Ability to contribute to strategic development at a senior level;
Strong leadership capability;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Fluent in English and mandarin
