Sightwinder is a revolutionary online marketing platform, which combines enterprise level content management, crm extenders, behavioural targeting, automation workflow and true feedback tracking in a single solution. Our product suite allows our customers to execute online marketing strategies that act across multiple channels, including e-mail, web and mobile channels. We enable our customers to track, trace, report, convert and act.
Together with your colleagues in the module team (6 engineers), you work together on designing and developing modules, features and functions that create value on the framework. Our software framework uses a rich UI engine, giving you the opportunity to work on high class interfaces. You will work closely with the engineers of the core team and cooperate in the design of API’s and extension to the core framework. You have a keen understanding of online solutions and rich experience with Ajax, asp.net, c#, xhtml and css development, especially on the client side.
You will work in a team of skilled software engineers and architects, on a high class framework. Together with your colleagues, you are involved in all aspects of the framework development. You report directly to the project manager in charge of product development. Our management method is team and cooperation based, we value the input of any team member and stimulate internal discussion.

Your profile
· Long standing experience with web based solutions
· Proven track record as a software engineer, especially with client side coding skills
· You can think conceptually
· You are skilled in asp.net and c#
· You are skilled in javascript and ajax based coding
· You know how to create valid xhtml and css
· You can translate concepts into technical designs and specifications
· Experience with content management systems / online marketing tools
· Chinese candidates: perfect oral and/or writing skills in Mandarin, good oral and writing skills in either English or Dutch
· European / International candidates: perfect oral and writing skills in either English or Dutch (native speaker preferred), good oral and/or writing skills in Mandarin are a big bonus. Otherwise, willing to learn mandarin within a short period.
· You are pro-active and a good communicator
· Willing to travel abroad (Europe / China)
