职位描述/要求:
Client Service Assistant客户服务助理 Job Descriptions 工作职责 Assisting to verify applications and communications of client’s information with the insurer and insured; 负责投保书的审核及客户信息的沟通; Assisting the following up services including cancellation & addition, changing,endorsement and the like operations; 负责保单生效后的各项服务,包括办理加减保、变更、批单等各项业务操作; Assisting to solve the complaints from client to ensure satisfactory services for client; 协助解决客户投诉问题,确保客户得到满意的服务; Facilitate problem resolution and assisting 24-hr Hotline to increase customer’s satisfaction; 提供问题解决方案,协助24小时热线服务,增加客户满意度; Enhance customer fidelity and relationship. 提高客户忠诚度,维护良好的客户关系。 Requirements任职要求: Diploma Degree or above; 大学专科以上学历; Have hospital/clinic experience, foreign hospital/clinic preferred; 具有医院/诊所相关的工作经验,外资医院/诊所经验优先; Enthusiastic for work and sense of responsibility, good communication ability; 具有高度的责任心和工作热情,良好的沟通协调能力; Excellent spoken and written English level 具有较高的英文听说读写能力。 Those who possessing Insurance Broker License is preferred 拥有保险经纪人资格证书者优先。 联系方式:
