Job Description:
职位描述：
- Design slide and hinge structure and components for new mobile phone, finalize 3D modules and 2D drawings of components and assemblies
为手机设计滑盖和转轴等产品结构及其零部件，完成零件和装配体的三维实体和二维图纸
- Design production assembly equipments and fixtures
设计试制和批量生产用的装配工装和夹具
- Design products measure fixtures or test jigs
设计产品的测试夹具或工装
- Analysis product design and process risk, optimize product structure
分析产品设计和生产过程的风险，优化产品结构
- Verify product design ,complete test record/report and analyze verification results
验证产品设计，完成产品实验报告，分析实验结果
- Complete relative develop documents and project files
完成产品设计及项目开发的文件
- Communicate with customer and supplier design team, improve products design
与客户和供应商设计团队沟通，改进产品设计
Requirements:
要求：
Basic Requirements:
- At least 3 year experience of slide, hinge or camera shutter mechanical design of mobile phone.
至少三年以上手机的转轴,滑轨或相机镜头的结构设计经验
- Bachelor or Master Degree Major in Mechanical Engineering or related;
机械工程或相关专业学士以上学位
- At least 3 years design experience of 3D CAD software, Pro/E, UG, Solidworks, CATIA, etc
至少三年的三维软件设计经验,如Pro/E, UG, Solidworks, CATIA等
- At least 3 years working experience of products design or equipment design in manufacture industry or design center;
在制造行业或设计中心至少三年的产品设计或工装设备设计工作经验。
- Knowledge in sheet metal or plastic part design
了解钣金或塑料产品的设计。
- Knowledge in spring material and design.
了解弹簧的材料及性能，有弹簧的设计经验。
- Fluent spoken and written English, Korean speaking is a plus
流利的英文听说读写能力，会韩语者优先。
Better to have:
- Familiar with CATIA or Solidworks
熟练使用CATIA or Solidworks优先
- 5 years experience or above in slide and hinge design.
有五年以上手机滑盖和转轴产品设计经验者优先
- Product Data Management（PDM）experience, such as Smarteam
有企业资源管理软件的经验， 如Smarteam。
- Knowledge of quality system requirement, ISO9001,QS9000, 6sigma, MSA,SPC
具有质量体系的基本知识，如ISO9001,QS9000, 6sigma, MSA,SPC
- Creative and customer oriented
具有创造力和客户意识。 |
