Job Description:

Provide overall technical leadership for the optics module assembly process including procedures, equipment, and training.
Translate and release all work instructions into Quality system (including reconditioning).
Train assembly technicians on the processes.
Participate in assembly fixture qualification.
Set up process equipment calibration and maintenance plans and procedures.
Conduct Witness Assembly.
Perform failure analysis as needed.
Write and manage rework orders as needed (ECOs, quality issues, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Optical related. Over 3 years work experience.
At least two years of working experiences of optical systems.
Able to establish priorities based upon customer requirements.
Excellent communication skills across multiple functions and cultures
Detail oriented with excellent work habits and time management skills.
Project management skill of product commercialization and transfer was preferred.
Strong teamwork spirit and intend to coordinate.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC & Quality tools, concept of Lean Manufacturing a is a plus.
Competent with using of Personal Computers and common business software applications
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
