Job Description:

Transfer each workstation from pitcher process to catcher process
Develop scorecard for each workstation and the overall production process
Maintain tools and equipment of production (including good working order, periodic calibration of the tools)
Documentation maintenance just like DMR, DHR etc
Optimize production process and layout according lean concept to meet demand changes
Training of Production Associates, not just in production but also in quality, logistics/warehousing
Production plan and production fulfillment
Provide localization technical support
Adopt new manufacturing principles just like 5S, Lean MFG for continuous improvement for good quality and productivity

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Production Engineer, Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Master
Familiar with production management both for process engineering and production fulfillment
Project management skill of product commercialization and transfer was preferred
Knowledge of product safety/ISO etc
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
Good communication, global communication experience is preferred
Strong teamwork spirit and intend to coordinate
Good analytical trouble-shooting skills
Knowledge of 6-sigma, SPC & quality tools, concept of Lean MFG and 5S is a plus
5 years experience in similar position
Familiar with Windows OS, MS office, CAD
