Customer Service and Operation Officer

职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
Customer Service (70% ):
· Be responsible for order to cash process and related reporting and analysis .
· Ensure customer orders are being handled incompliance with within policies and procedures;
· Communicate professionally, efficiently with all other teams including Data management, Credit, logistic, Service operation for order confirmation, credit release ,material allocation etc.
· Assist CFT manager in identifying, analyzing process areas that require improvement.
Operation role (30%):
· Assistant or lead the project management in operation team (supply chain , Logistic , customer service , master data ) for continues improvement .
· Act as Operation SAP Super User to support & coordinate different functions within operation team and main contact window with SAP level II., provide the on job training to the new employee.
· Be back up for operation role including planning, logistics, data master and customer service.
Requirements:
o 3 + years of working experience in multinational company, knowledge of ERP system is a must
