Level 2 Service Engineer

职位描述/要求:
Primary Responsibilities· Provide Level 2 technical support for the digital dental business to support business growth in China.
· Provide technical support such as repair and installation to the Distributor’s Technical Specialist (DTS) in China for all Carestream digital dental products.
· Manage and maintain escalation between DTS and Level 3.
· Provide training & application support for the distributor’s technical specialist.
· Interface between Level 3 and DTS for all technical information flow and feedback.
· Assist country sale manager and regional sale representatives in pre and post sales activities.
· Localize technical documentation (Installation and Service manual) in local language.
· Maintain and update technical database in local language.
· Provide regulatory registration support for new equipment. This will include equipment installation, vetting technical documentation for consistency and assist in filing regulatory papers.
Job Requirements· This individual must have strong medical/dental digital & software background to supporting a rapidly growing, high margin equipment/software business.
· Degree or equivalent on related academic qualification.
· Hands on experience in installing, maintaining & troubleshooting X-Ray equipment, preferably with Dental X-ray equipment.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows such as 2000, XP and Vista.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
· Strong customer interaction skill and customer focus.
· Bilingual proficiency (English & Chinese).
· Excellence team player.
· Frequent travel within China region is required and ability to travel at a short notice to deliver support.
· Occasionally travel out of China to Hong Kong, Taiwan, US or Europe for training or service support.
