HCIS Service Engineer

职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
-Use the Kodak Operating System as the way to run our business and delight our customers
-Provide post implementation and upgrade service and support
-Escalate all unresolved customer issues in accordance with SOP
-Actively monitor site performance
-VOC feedback
-Drive for high level of customer loyalty
-Identify & drive service contract renewals
-Data collection (SCAN feedback) to drive corrective action
-Support Prestaging and System Integration
Requirements:
-Background in HealthCare Information Systems (PACS/RIS systems)
-Well developed hands-on IT skills (preferably as a field service representative)
-Excellent written/oral communication skills
-Well developed customer relations skills
-Proven fast learner
-Strong troubleshooting and fault finding skills
Canidadates are required to have the training & experience in:
-Windows Server & Professional
-Soliaris or Unix
-Networking technologies/techniques
-PC hardware support
Candidates are also highly regarded to have the experience in the following protocols/standards:
-Desirable - SQL database creation, backup and maintenance
-Preferred – experience with Sybase, Oracle
-DICOM 3.0
-HL-7
Candidates must have the ability to:
-Liaise with Level 2 and Level 3 resources to address encountered issues & problems & feedback lessons learnt & discovered system bugs
-Provide telephone & remote (dialup, VPN) support to professional service team members, other service personnel & customer sites as required 联系方式:
