职位描述/要求:
JOB DETAILS
Job Purpose
For the assigned products and services, create and ensure implementation of the Greater China Strategic Business Plan to provide product and business competency to drive growth.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Order Shipment & Margin of AOP and product on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
DO
  • Develop annual business strategy and execution plan with alignment to global and AP strategy.
  • Ensure goal alignment and collaboration between responsible BU and Sales, commercial marketing, Vertical, OEM, and Market Access Teams.
  • Lead / manage / coach Business Development Manager, Information Solutions together with the associated Regional Sales Manager.
  • Manage and monitor business financial performance (order / shipment / margin).
  • Provide feedback and guidance to Product Manager and commercial marketing team for annual commercial plan.
  • Participate in sales calls with Account Managers for strategic accounts/ opportunities.
OVERSEE
  • Support and monitor the implementation of business plan in local region with assigned Business Development Manager, Information Solutions team.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategy for the assigned BU in the country through the Product Manager and Pricing Manager.
  • Provide linkage to Corporate BU regarding market / product & competitive feedback; product development / enhancement and quality / logistics issues.
  • Ensure the sharing of best practices amongst the Business Development Manager, Information Solutions team.
  • Oversee the maintenance of appropriate stocking levels within GRC to meet customer demand

w         High level of expertise and knowledge in Product Marketing Skills (Strategic Planning & Lifecycle Management)
w         Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Networks and a basic understanding of all our products, including Services & Solutions.  Intermediate level of expertise in OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers),
w         Intermediate level of expertise in Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), Project / Implementation Management, Sales Fundamentals, Prospecting & New Customer Development, Account Sales Maximizing (Expanding business in existing accounts), Marketing Communication Skills (Marketing survey, Events, Promotion), Marketing Fundamentals (Price, Product, Place, Promotion).
 
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
w         Bachelors Degree in Engineering
w         7 years of sales or marketing experience, at least 2 years experience in team management.
