职位描述/要求:

Job Purpose

Responsible for all product marketing & management functions for the assigned SBU.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

Product growth target and lead time management

Key Responsibilities

DO

  • Provide deep analysis and feedback on market competition / market trend and RA product position / advantages / features in local market.
  • Develop price position for the assigned products.
  • Provide product expertise and vision for assigned products.
  • Provide feedback to global product management regarding to product issues including quality, gaps, delivery, and competitive product information.
  • Communicate product features leading to growth opportunities.
  • Manage and communicate actions regarding service advisories.
  • Maintain product reference list.
  • Support the product portion of the overall business plan.
  • Provide product update training, including product launch activities/ seminars to the customer-facing team.
  • Manage product life cycle (from introduction to obsolesce).
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate stocking levels within GRC in order to meet customer demands.
  • Keep and maintain preferred product literature list.

OVERSEE

  • Develop and customize sales tools.
  • Localize product documentation.
  • Provide voice of customer data.

• High level of expertise in all products in assigned SBUs. High level of expertise in Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), Product Marketing Skills (Strategic Planning & Lifecycle Management), Marketing Fundamentals (Price, Product, Place, Promotion).

• Intermediate level of expertise in Training Skills, Marketing Communication Skills (Marketing survey, Events, Promotion).

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering

• Min 3 years of relevant experience; Preferably product management or marketing experience.

KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS

Field Business Leader, Branch Manager, AP/Global Product Team, Pricing Manager, Program Manager, Industry Solutions Manager, ICM, Product & Technical Training Manager, Logistic Manager, Marketing Communication Manager.
