工作内容:

1. 具有极强的独立工作能力，要求独立寻找客户、跟踪客户，直到签约、供货和收款的全部工作；
2. 协助销售总监制订组织的销售计划，销售政策；
3. 对销售产品的技术特点、规格要有充分的了解，并能为客户说明；
4. 树立团队合作精神；
5. 完成ERP系统数据的输入和更新并严格执行公司有关销售业务流程的相关规定；
6. 负责售后的现金回款工作，根据公司要求，每周向销售总监报告项目、客户跟踪情况，销售额及现金回收计划；
7. 设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和计划；
8. 大客户开拓和维护；
9. 销售培训及指导；
10. 深入了解并更新本行业信息，向上级提供业务发展战略与依据。

Job Description

1. Strong self-sufficiency, be able to source clients, follow up with clients independently,
2. proceed with things like contract signing, goods supply and payment collection etc. perfectly and completely;
3. Assist sale director to compile company’s sales schemes and policies;
4. Have a thorough understanding of technical characteristics, products’ specifications; be able to explain and reply to clients’ technical queries whenever needed;
5. Build up team work spirit;
6. Fulfill the data entry and update of ERP system, strictly obey to the relative sales regulations concerning business procedures;
7. In charge of AR collection, and be responsible to submit weekly reports to sales director

about projects or clients follow-up, sales , AR collection schedules in accordance with the company’s requirements;
　　Map out sales targets, selling modes, strategies, budgets and plans;
　　In charge of searching and retaining VIP customers;
　　In charge of sales trainings, orientations and instructions;
　　Be responsible to comprehend this field more so that to introduce useful business developing strategy to the supervisor.

任职资格

1. 营销管理、机械、化工等相关专业大学本科以上学历；
2. 基本英语听说读写能力，四级以上为佳；
3. 3-5年以建材五金行业相关上工作经验，有门窗五金经验最佳。
4. 有良好的表达能力及策划能力；
5. 能在压力下工作并承担巨大责任；
6. 良好的分析、规划、组织能力。

Certificates

1. Major in marketing, machinery, chemical engineering etc relative specialties, bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Basic English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET 4 or above is an advantage;
3. 3-5 years experiences in construction hardware field, experiences in hardware of window or door will be a great advantage;

   　　Be able to work under high pressures and take the responsibilities；
   　　Nice analytical, scheming and organizational ability.
