Job description:
- Metallurgical preparation, testing, and analysis for product pilots, competitive benchmarking, and manufacturing support.
- Interact with other sections & departments to complete metallurgical analysis and problem solving activities.
- Assist with laboratory support activities including 5S, maintenance, consumable purchasing, ISO9000/14000, and Safety.
- Participate in team meetings/activities and support project activities as required.

Qualification:
- University degree, major in Metallurgy or Metal material
- Have good understanding of Metal material and Metallurgy
- Good coordinate skill, systematic working skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, especially for oral communication skill
- Good ability to work in a team and cross-cultural environment
- Be willing to learn and responsible

- 对金属材料属性及粉末冶金相关知识非常了解
- 良好的协调能力，具备系统的工作方法
- 英语流利，尤其是口语流利
- 团队合作,并能适应跨文化的工作环境（直接上级是美国人）
- 愿意承担责任，良好的学习能力。
