- Be responsible for whole process of HR management in the fields of Recruiting, Employee relationship, Compensation & Benefit, Performance evaluation, etc.
- Provide support to management on HR issues
- Conduct coaching and counseling to employees on HR topics
- Be involved in HR projects
Qualification:
- University graduate
- At least 5 years working experience, thereof 3 years in recruitment or job analysis;
- Good interpersonal skill
- Proficient in using office software
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Teamwork orientation
