Responsibility:
Performing the quality assurance and management regarding the process chain from initial samples to the check of serial production within all kinds of buyout tools
1.Be responsible member of PDP (Product Development Process) team for quality issues
2.Failure analysis to meet quality requirements (mainly at the supplier)
3.Collecting, analyzing and evaluating quality figures
4.Supplier development
5.Inspection of tools and production lines at the supplier

Requirement
1.Bachelor’s degree specialized in technical areas
2.+3 years working experience in Quality engineer in relevant industry
3.Distinctive team work spirit
4.Good communication skills in Chinese and English
5.Able to handle conflicts
6.Good co-operation and co-ordination skill

 

岗位职责：
从产品设计开始到批量生产全过程中，负责质量保证工作和质量检验工作，主要具体工作包括，但不限于
1.作为新产品开发项目中的一员，协同其他成员完成质量方面的工作
2.对产品失效原因展开分析并解决之（主要在供应商的工厂）
3.对质量数据进行收集，分析和评价
4.提升供应商的质量管理水平
5.履行部分产品检验工作

任职要求：
1.机械专业，本科学历
2.3年以上相关行业的质量管理工作经验，或者其他相关工作经验
3.良好的团队合作精神
4.良好的中英文沟通能力
5.良好的冲突管理能力和协调沟通能力
