Job description:
- Set up as well as maintain production lines according to the requirement of BPS
- Do the system CIP to make cost reduce continuous
- Train foreman and operator in technical areas，Knowledge share with Engineers
- Co-operate with other functions to solve problems related to technical areas
Qualification:
- University degree， major in Mechanical or related
- At least 3 years experience in manufacture process， mainly focus on turning/ milling/grinding/brazing or CNC related experience
- Auto CAD skill
- With powerful ability for problem analysis and solving
- Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
- Highly responsible and team spirit

 

岗位职责：
1． 根据博世生产管理体系建立并维护生产线；
2． 持续改进生产工艺及成本节约；
3．对生产线长及操作员工进行技能培训，修订标准作业指导书；与其他工程师的共享技术
4．协助其他相关部门解决与工艺技术相关的问题。
岗位要求：
－ 本科以上学历，机械制造或相关专业
－ 3年以上机械制造业工艺经验，具有为车、铣、磨、焊接工艺工作经验或数控车床（CNC)工艺相关经验
－ AUTO CAD技能
－ 在分析及解决问题上有较强的能力
－ 良好的中英文沟通能力
－ 高度的责任心和团队合作精神
