职位描述：
1. Responsibility for production quality assurance in product line
- Line check
- VQ inspection
- Final test stand results
- Establish, monitor and modify test stand data
- Read, analyze and summarize data from production lines
- Faults in production
- Analyze and monitor supplier quality on part in production.
- Daily inspection at red shelf
- Support production engineer
-Spare parts
-Issue and maintain spare part test plans.
2. QPV on new project
- Represent quality assurance issues in the start up team of new projects.
- Establish and coordinate test booklet for new products.
- Coordinate, run and control endurance and other tests.
- Plan and establish test equipment for new products.

Requirements:
- University degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 2 years working experience as In-House Quality Engineer or Process Engineer
in a company producing technical consumer products
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Teamwork orientation,good communication and coordinating ability

 

工作内容：
1、负责生产线质量控制，包括：
- 生产线质量检查
- 建立、监测和修改测试数据，总结和分析生产线数据
- 分析和监测生产线上来料质量
- 释放备品备件测试计划
- 给生产工程师提供技术支持
2、参与新项目质量控制，包括：
- 负责编制新产品测试手册
- 协调、执行和控制耐久及其他测试
- 计划并建立新产品测试设备

 

任职资格：
- 机械、机电专业大学本科学历
- 2年以上机械类消费品工艺、过程质量控制经验
- 英语流利
- 外企工作经验优先
- 良好的沟通、协调能力
