Responsibilities:

1. Characterizes (checks the product's conformity to specifications, and its operation in extreme conditions to ensure reliability), evaluates and validates the product.
   
2. Reviews product manufacturing specifications and searches for continuous improvement in productivity.
   
3. Follows-up technically on products until their termination (mat 90) to ensure competitiveness in the market and meet customers' needs.
   
4. Contributes to the development of the Division's industrial policy. In charge of implementation and maintenance of production standards in terms of efficiency, costs, quality, and customer service.
   
5. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results.
   
6. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor Degree with major of Science / Engineering
   
2. 2-3 related working experience
   
3. Desired Competencies are : Microelectronic, Risk Analysis, FMEA Analysis, Project Management, 8D (8 Disciplines), Analog Electronics, IC Test Methodology, Digital Electronics, Electronic Component, Mos/Cmos/Hcmos Process, Electrical Measurements, Physics Of Semiconductors, Instrumentation & Control, Stat Tools/Analysis-Control, OLC (On Line Community) Tool, Problem Solving Methodologies, SPC (Statistical Process Ctrl), ESD (Electro Static Discharge).
   
4. The Other skills required are Good communication skills verbal and written. Ability to work with different cultures and in remote mode.
