职位描述/要求：
Work Location: Shanghai Number required: 1
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of new product testability. Includes: Testability with respect to production ATE capability, test modes, fault coverage, and test time considerations.
- Generation of test programs for new product development. Includes: Test plan generation and programs for: Qualification, EWS, Characterization, and Final Test.
- Generation of test hardware for new product development. Includes: Production PIBs, probe cards, HIBs, and DIBS. Also responsible of special hardware needed for qualification.
- Evaluation of new designs for conformance to device requirements and specs. Collect and present data by working on testers for proof of conformance to development team.
- Test capability ramp into manufacturing of new products. Includes EWS and Final Test and may include multiple manufacturing sites.
- Support of devices in manufacturing including low yield analysis, yield improvements, test time improvements, and possible test platform transfers.
Requirements:
- Education/Knowledge: B.E or above, Major in Electronics Engineering or related
- Experience: 2 years or more experience in test relative industry. Familiar with Visual C++/Basic, WinXP, MS Office, etc
- Special Skills or Qualifications that are helpful: Project management and problem solving skills
- Good command of English written and oral is necessary;
- Familiar with Eagle ETS300, Credence ASL1K, Teradyne J750 ATE is preferred
