Job Purpose:

FSE to serve Tomen in Shanghai region including the Pioneer a/c.The 08 budget ~20M$

Responsibilities:

Field Sales Engineer :

• To work closely with Tomen for the daily business management.
  
• Self initiative and high caliber characters
  
• Willing to learn and work as a team players
  
• Integrated into the company's cultures for sustainable excellance and long term development
  
• Able to work under pressure and long work hours
  
• To follow up project with customers team up with internal resources
  
• To extend customer's base and buz through new segment and increase market share;
  
• To achieve yearly target business assigned
  
• To implement design-ins activities, to achieve new products design-ins together with the disties
  
• Able to communicate technically with internal technical team for the problem follow up
  
• To have some background and understanding of Japanese

Requirements:

• Education Level Required - Bachelor - Engr /Sci,
  
• Years of Work Experience - 1 to 2,.
  
• The Other skills required are Need fundamental Japanese language - can read, write and talk (not very fluent is ok)
