岗位职责：直接向国际业务事业部总经理汇报。 能独立创立，完成和运作产品和解决方案的市场推广方案， 包括对客户，销售和管理团队的销售和市场资料的支持。

岗位要求：

1. 硕士以上学历, MBA优先
2. 流利英语听说写能力
3. 至少3年以上在IT行业的市场经验
4. 须具有创新意识和协调能力
5. 具有印前经验者优先，具有国际市场推广经验者优先

Individual reports to IBD general manager. He/She will create and implement marketing programs to promote IBD and its products. This position will provide sales materials to Founder management, sales team and customers around the world.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for product graphics, brochures, logos, or other promotional products. He/she will manage and maintain the IBD web site at www.founder.com.cn/en. The Director will be responsible for IBD participation in Founder trade shows, as well as manage international tradeshows such as IPEX and Drupa. The Director will also be the interface to Beijing Founder company Marketing group.

This position will require the individual to generate materials in English. The Director will perform a variety of Marketing and Sales support tasks. He/she will work extensively with others in a team manner.

Requirements:

" Master's degree is required.
" Communicate verbally and in writing, in both English and Mandarin.
" Prior experience in Marketing.
" Prior experience with prepress software products is a plus.
" A wide degree of individual creativity is a plus.
" Prior experience in International marketing and promotion is a plus.
