Job Responsibilities：

Project Lead/Solution Architect:
-Lead a team to do the delivery based on BO XI DI and Universe for BPO ICI customer
Senior Software Engineer:
-Deliver the development service to either Optus project or BPO ICI

 Lead Application Development team or sub-teams (only for PL/SA role)
  Manage scheduling and planning of projects (only for PL/SQ role)
  Take the cost management, risk management and issue tracking (only for PL/SA role)
  Monthly take project management review
  Lead or participate project weekly meeting
  Participate in technical strategy and BI/DW architecture/design.
  Work on system architecture, data model, requirement analysis, design, CUT, SIT and UAT.
  Work on the project documents in English
  Win through team work
  Share knowledge and project practice during delivery
  Actively collect lessons and take preventive/corrective actions
  Actively take both team and customer communication by English
  Implement HP Global Method/CMMI 5 process for Quality focus
