职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
- Manages his team, guarantee the shop work for the objective through all indicators of our factory (safety, quality, quantity, cost).
- Improves the individual qualification and quality system, improve his shop organization and tools in his responsibility.
- Evaluates results and assesses each person for whom he is responsible.
- Environmental system management of departmental personnel.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering.
- Solid manufacturing background with minimum 5 years working experience in production management.
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication skills and decision making ability.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
