职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
- Perform studies and lead cross---functional teams for the purpose of continuous improvement in productivity and cost reduction.
- Define key indicators and make sure appropriate follow-up is accomplished.
- Provide tools and performance indicators for overall effectiveness, manpower and productivity meanwhile recommend appropriate action.
- Improve ergonomic and safety conditions.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in science or engineering.
- At least 1 year related working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analysis ability, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of writing and speaking English.
工作职责 :
- 贯彻实施在生产能力与降低成本方面的持续改进工作。
- 定义主要指标并及时跟踪。
- 提供效率、人力及生产率等重要指标的同时提出合适的行动计划。
- 提高人机工程效率及安全生产状况。
任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，理工背景。
- 1 年以上工业企业相关工作经验。
- 突出的计划分析能力、沟通交流能力及人际协调能力。
