职位描述/要求:
Purpose / Role · Scheme and control project schedule of the project. · Planning engineer work in dedicated project. Key aims and objectives · Control and assist leader to development the planning, including scheme, development, emendation, analysis, forecast and tracing based on requirement of project. · Provide main planning reporting to leader, line manager, project manager, project control depart manager. · Coordination with subcontractor and client for schedule and correction activity if necessary. · Assist leader of planning to conduct group action, such as join training. Prime responsibilities and duties · Assist the planning leader in maintaining schedule and physical progress information. · Assist leader to control and manage planning for project, including mainly: - Participate to develop the project master schedule of engineering, procurement, construction, and local government permit. - Utilizing WBS method to break down master schedule. - EV (earned value) method implementation in project execution. - Monitor detailed project schedules, utilising CPM and bar-chart methods. - Analysis the actual schedule progress and forecast the future tendency, issue forecast report. - Tracing the schedule change and impact for master schedule, report possible impact. - Coordination with project management team and subcontractor, prepare and update regularly progress curves and report of planning. - Develop and maintain a project milestone status report. - Assist to execute the specific responsibilities of the scheduler as defined in the project execution plan. - Control planning based on AMEC procedure and requirement from project and client; - Collection and record the necessary information to adequately monitor, control, and trend the planning of a project; - Monitor and track the actual progress based on WBS system and requirement of project; - Coordinate planning information with relevant other project team member and department. Allied occasional duties · Assist to support proposal team to develop project schedule. Key internal interfaces · Report to leader of planning or project manager. · Functional leading by project control manager. Key external interfaces · Depend on the project execution and strategy. Core competencies · Adequate experience and technical background for planning control, familiar with the universal procedure of planning control and cooperation with other disciplines; · Familiar with planning control delivery list and content; · Familiar with prevailing software application, such as P3 and MS project. · Effective communication skill with fluent spoken and written English. · At least 5 years multi project working experience, at least 2 years of planning control working experience in international company and at least 2 years experience for planning control in site; · Must be capable of working in a team environment. · Must have experience in working with people of different culture and backgrounds. · Adequate experience for coordination with other disciplines, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines. · Good responsibility, good team work spirit. · Willingness in learning and listen to different voice. · Honesty, serious and careful work attitude 联系方式:
