Purpose / Role
Work in EPC PMC or IPMT organization to lead and manage the execution of engineering, Procurement, construction for project.Management of schedule, cost and quality control of project.Ensure the project implementation meet client requirement and expectation.Coordinate the interface between defferent parties, Client, contractors, lead the supervision of local design institute's Engineering work.
Prime responsibilities and duties
1. Direction and control (Schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the project management team;2. Ensure the project are working to the Company Procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific addenda;3. Prepare and review Project Execute Plan and related other relevant Project document.4. Regularly review and update Project Execute Plan, ensure all the activities comply with PEP;5. Review regularly the performance of Project management team members, prepare and approve external or internal project report prior to release;6. Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Client members, contractors and relevent parties7. Ensure good quality of project deliverables from the PMT and contractors. 8. Be prepared to be engaged Leading relevant discipline, assist to comment and review procedures, specifications and standards with his own technical background;9. Leading the technical audits and project review of the work of contractors;10. Regularly review contractor's performance of the contract task force;11. Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety Act;12. Ensure that the Project close out properly.13. Reports to the Project Director or his Assigned Deputy. Functionally to Engineering manager.

Core competencies
Essential Competence:
1 University Degree of Chemical Engineering or equiv.,at least 15 years Petrochemical, Chemical or Coal- chemical projects working experience.
2 Strong experience and technical background for Process / piping design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation between each disciplines.
3 Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement.
4 Experience of using engineering and project management software for the help of engineering work and management work.
5 Familiar with local and international Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation.
6 Familiar with government permission of the project.
7 Experience of leading project team execution a project. Experience with international projects or offshore Client is preferred.
8 Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive.
9 Good written and spoken English, intercommucation skill with defferent parties, defferent culture.
Desirable Competencies
- Whole stage Project manager experience. Familiar with procurement, construction management, as well as engineering.
- IPMT or PMC work experience.
