Job Description:

· To advise, assist and support all matters of design safety, health and environmental impact.

· To be aware of the requirements of the safety management system, procedures and working instructions.
· To prepare and issue initial job design specification according to the Project HSE Plan.
· To prepare suitable supplementary project HSE reports as required by the overall project schedule, under the guidance of the HSE Manager.
· To assist with the preparation and revision of fire & gas detection and protection requirements, including specification philosophy.
· To support the HSE Manager in any subcontractor audits and reviews to ensure suitable compliance to AMEC Safety Management System expectations.
· To demonstrate suitable competency for the project in the areas of hazards and effects management, leading to demonstration of ALARP principles.
· To complete any technical authoring required for safety case deliverables.

Qualifications

l Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project construction field;
l Good Communication both in English and Chinese orally and written;
l Registered certification by authorized organization is a plus;
l Team work player , mature, dedicated;
l Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
